A. 15 Min AMRAP

  • 3 DL 315/205
  • 6 Pistol
  • 9 Toes to Bar

B. 10 Min AMRAP

  • 20 Double Unders: RX=Unbroken sets of 20, if you can’t do them….practice and get at least one, two in a row even if it’s only one double under in ten minutes….at least you got one!
It’s not too late to sign up guys! If you missed the first one, please do not miss this one. Anyone of you can and should do it!!!
