Our Beginning CrossFit series consists of 4 classes over the course of 2 weeks with an optional beginner class Saturday’s at 8am. We also include an additional 2-weeks of unlimited CrossFit classes so you can enjoy our fun, effective and community based program.
Completion of this series is a requirement for all individuals prior to joining regular CrossFit classes. Exceptions may apply to individuals with a Level 1 CrossFit Certificate, individuals who have completed an equivalent Beginning CrossFit Series at another CrossFit affiliate, or individuals who have maintained at least 6 months of membership at another CrossFit affiliate. You must be able to provide proof of CrossFit experience for exceptions to apply.

All 4 classes are designed to be taken consecutively. (Make up sessions are $20 per person)
We offer 1 on 1 coaching as well as small group coaching for clients that would like more individual attention than what our class setting can offer or for those who cannot attend our regularly scheduled Beginning CrossFit Series’ due to schedule conflicts. ($25 per class)
