“BACK TO BASICS”

3 RFT

  • 10x Back Squat
  • 10x Front Squat
  • 10x OHS
  • 10x Shoulder Press
  • 10x Push Press
  • 10x Push Jerk
  • 10x Deadlift
  • 10x SDLHP
  • 10x Clean
  • 10x Bench Press

Start the 1st round with a PVC pipe.  Rounds 2 and 3 use a OLY Bar.  Weight is meant to be light so work on proper form.
